“Candidates seeking admission under State Quota seats of more than one State should appear in the
examination either in English or Hindi only.”-What is the meaning of it sir?

You cannot claim for seats in other states if you appear for NEET UG in your regional language. If you appear in English or Hindi you will be eligible for seats in your state and other states also.
